Dear Conchlers

thank you best for your e-mails I'll stay on the list in future too, but I stop joking, as this was going amiss. We Tyroleans
- I'll explain this again to you - are humouristic and open and like to have conversation, but we are not bad or
rude and always annoying including me. The other problem is that we only pay costs to have internet, a homepage and for the e-mails we send out, but we have not to pay, when we receive e-mails. As I understood you have to pay
also for receiptment. I am sorry, but this I know only for some days. I am a funny boy although 47 years old
and this keeps me young too. But I'll promise you all to stop joking and to respond or wrting now only on topics
of shells, what will be hard for me to cancel my humour. But this was real going amiss and I had a few
sarcastic e-mails in return. You should not filter out my messages or my name, as I am changing me fully. I want to respond to malacological problems and shell-related topics or will put some questions to this. If they have a filter, these messages can't arrive you. So I let you know I stop joking and you should try it again with me and without filter.
Sorry for that all. Further I don't ask any more public for shells for the museum. Conch-L was also the only way for me to get some shells for the museum in Innsbruck. The museum does really exist, it is not our museums, but from the
Region of Tyrol and my mother and I have been responsible for the shell collection as volunteers
since 1972. The material was really for the museum, and for tradings I took the shells from my collection
and not from the museum not to decimate the museums collection.
I'll see my faults and errors and I hope to have convinced the doubts of some Conchlers.
Sorry again and I hope you'll take my excuses and that we can collaborate in a good way in the future.
with best shelling greetings
Helmut from Innsbruck
