The Suncoast Conchologists did a "fantastic" job on organizing and
presenting the 2001
Jamboree.

What a fun weekend! From the moment we entered the room decorated
with island posters and palm trees.....every detail of theme was carried
out.

Their creative, innovative opening ceremony, of course, tickled all of
us as they presented the shells representing every club in
attendance....to the Island King!

The programs were all so enjoyable and VERY educational as well!

The food could not have been better!

The company could not have been better!

The competition for the shell and arts and crafts exhibits was keen.
AND very hard to judge. Such beautiful specimen shells and creative
work indeed!

The banquet along with slides of some newely named and unnamed shell
specimens from the Caribbean certainly was a wonderful finale' .

THANK YOU .... all you Suncoast Conchologists for treating us all to
such a great weekend.

Shellingly,

Bobbi Cordy
