Frank was what we call in my neck of the woods "the finest kind".  His
passing is a very sad event in the shell community - and i do hope
someone in his family eventually reads these messages: if anyone knows
them personally perhaps they could tell them about them? In my
experience, Frank was always eager to help out and to share his
considerable knowledge - a good friend!!
