Hi, All! (I'm still on a high from the convention - sorry I didn't have a camera, not only for the people, but for the beautiful hotel and pool!)

I am somewhat confused on species names that end in i, versus those that end in double i. Is this connected to the fact that one is a noun, the other an adjective? For example, "saulii" vs. "philippi."

Thanks,
Linda
