An interesting publication by Habe & Sato (1971) in Japanese, is:A

My copy, interestingly enough was owned by Talmadge (Eureka, California),
went to Bram vander Bijl in the Netherlands and returned to Eureka,
California. (Home of Robert Talmadge)  now, thats an excursion that I would
have liked to take.
