Linda,

The blue stuff ought to work, but to avoid worrying about it, you might try
o-rings. You can pick up rubber o-rings at most hardware stores in any size
from 1/4 of an inch to 12 inches. Just select the right size, lay it on the
shelf and put the shell on top. The rubber stays put and the shell will
nestle comfortably in the o-ring.

Hello, Everyone!

Well, I have been filling my display case, and I have another problem.
Some of the shells need to be anchored to the glass, e.g. terebras, cones,
etc. Can the Stik-Tack and similar products that we have used in show
displays be used over an extended period of time, say at least six months,
without harming the shells? If not, what alternative methods can I use?

Thanks,
Linda - I don't know what I'd do without Conch-L (but no more mis-sent
messages)!
