Hi Donna

I'm working with a resort at the northern end of Eleuthera where I've stayed
before, negotiating a price for rooms. This place has a restaurant attached;
other places I know of don't have restaurants but are housekeeping cottages
with kitchens and you cook your own meals - that's not my thing, so I'd
rather stay at the resort.

I'm not sure whether we'll be flying from Ft Lauderdale or Miami.

We will be renting cars that can take 4-5 people each, so some of the group
will have to drive (they're American cars, right-hand drive, but they drive
on the left). We will visit various beaches up and down the island,
including a couple of salt lakes where Murex dunni and some other unusual
shells are found. Most of the shelling is snorkelling, but there are beaches
with some good stuff on them. We'll probably visit a couple of areas each
day.

Anything else? It's a good destination.

Peggy
