Haven't heard from Ferreter since his foot insertion event - but it was sure
great to hear from Betty Jean!!!  Sorry you have been under the weather, but
glad you are still following the goings on with Conch-L.  I have been
working madly on the nerite book and a couple of the shells you gave me were
extremely helpful as they extended the known range of a species.  So thanks
again, and try to at least chuckle a few times every day - it may not help
but it can't hurt and everyone will wonder just what nefarious things you
are remembering!!
