The first printing was 1982 and if you were lucky enough to have the
opportunity to order in advance, you got a plate glued inside the cover
with the printing no. (ours is 215) and autographed to the buyer with
signatures by both Abbott and Dance.  The ISBN is this printing is
0-525-93269-0.
