2003 started with problems in my anouncement of the January issue links.

I had found errors in the Feature-2 section yesterday and corrected them
on the MS Publisher document, converted to Acrobat again and uploaded
it.  However, the upload was not complete, though the indication I
received said it was on line.

There were several errors in the direct links I made, which are
fantastically easy to perpetrate, which is why I prefer to send out the
URL for portal (opening page with links that have been checked as
correct).
