Dear Paolo,
Do you mean teak? I work with wood quite a bit, and I
have a great deal of experience with teak, but as for
its acidity, that usually isn't an issue of concern,
so I haven't heard anything about it. I have a lot of
wood references, though, and I'd be happy to dig
through them to see if I can come up with any
information that might be useful. I'll get back to you
if I find anything.
