Kay,
        The treatment plant of which you speak is in Arcata.  The Arcata
Marsh Project has been used as a pilot project for other places.  It is
appropriate that Arcata has had this project for years as it's one of the
most "Politically Correct" places on the planet, with its hippies that
still live in the cetral plaza.
        I've collected in the marsh and there is a wealth of living
material living among the salt water plants involved. One of our club
members is a councilman in Arcata. (The only one with a sense of decorum)


Two comments:
