I am planning a diving trip to the West Indies island
of Martinique, specifically seeking cones.  I would
like to ask if anyone on this list has ever collected
there before, and if there are any known restrictions
placed upon collecting in Martinique by the officials.
 It would also be excellent if someone could supply
some collecting tips pertinant to finding cones in
that region.
