Greetings Andrew,

I collected some Drupa iodostoma in the surge zone on the west side of
Taiohae Bay, Nuka Hiva, Marquesas.  The operc.s are dark brown as you
describe. They seem large for the aperture  If you like, I'll dig out some
specimens and send you a digital photo of the operc.s.
