PAUL,

Wondering if you could help me, Do you have an electronic transcript of the members of the FIRST rolls of the Phila. Shell Club. My Grandfather (Joesph Pentz), I think was a founding member. If an electronic transcript is not possible could you at least verify my stsatement here as correct? thanks

Brian J Schweikert

Subject: Philadelphia Shell Show

Conch L-ers

The Philadelphia Shell Show takes place over the weekend of October 2nd and 3rd, 2004 (note that this is a little earlier in the year than usual). All the regular features will be there, including the judged exhibits of scientific and artistic endeavor, the large international bourse and the tours of the Academy's collections, but there will be a few new ones too. The Department of Malacology will be selling off some surplus books and magazines, as well as display boxes and other collection equipment. There will be talks in the auditorium on both days, and 2004 marks the return of the banquet to the Academy. The banquet and awards ceremony will be held on the Saturday evening in either African Hall or Dinosaur Hall. Tickets are just $30, and are selling briskly. The deadline for exhibitors is September 16th, so there's still time for you to get up a display and compete for one of the many awards. Show the world what you've got!
