Okay, it isn't a movie, but I rather liked a science-fiction novel by Paul
O. Williams, "The Fall of the Shell." In this book, a future matriarchal
community in Illinois (USA) lives in a single fortress-like stone building
whose construction was inspired by an old shell collection. The council
chamber, for instance, is based on a nautilus.
 
One of the James Bond thrillers, "Octopussy," has a colorful octopus in an
aquarium as well as the delectable villainess of the same name.
 
Aren't there any movies about oysters??
