Conchlers,

Mark your calendars with the annual Philadelphia Shell Club Auction on Thursday, May 19 at the Academy of Natural Sciences (address below). Specimen shells, books and crafts will be on the block at the largest event of its kind in the northeast. There is food and wine too! Proceeds go to sponsoring the Philadelphia Shell Show and club programs.
Viewing and the silent auction start at 6 pm, with the first lots in the oral auction going from 7. Previous years have seen cutthroat competition for the fine material on offer, so you are advised to come early and take notes. We look forward to seeing you there!
