Dear Martin,
No, I am not actively working on much of anything in the Philippines
right now.....Trying to finish working up the stuff I collected in Pakistan.

Generally, malacologists are unable to find employment in the
Philippines, as well as most of the world.....

Abbott arranged the "helicostylids" in the Compendium per some
suggestions of mine (and perhaps others) many moons ago.  If I were to
do a similar coverage, i.e. with no dissections, etc., I wouldn't
arrange the species much different than he did.....

Mindanao is the least-known large island for perhaps obvious reasons.
