East and West are related to the place position in respect of the 0
meridian located nearby London, England, UK..
Thus all places West to this meridian up to 180 latitude degrees are
West, while all the other in the East part to 180 Latirude degrees
are Eest. The 180 W degrees (or 180 degrees East, which is obviously
the same) Meridian is placed about the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
