If you remember a few months back when I came on line, I also had trouble with
4.0. After many, many calls back to ma bell they changed the format and now it
seems ok. the worst problem was the HTML, most people with lesser systems can not
receive the messages, but suppose to be able to print them. I became so
frustrated I was going to just sign off Conch-L. Glad I did not.
