Printed by the Golden Press.  I have ( :-( ) a hard back version that
was 'scrapped' by an elementary school.  Sold in a book sale by the school
system.  It is in fine condition.  Just school marking marks.  So sad.

I find that our library and schools are being purged of 'old' books.  As if
old books are worthless.   What I fear is a book count they duck under so as
to buy more.

Amazon and the book sellers working with them might have it if you can't
find it.
