Bob:

Turgeon et al. have the species dated correctly (as did you in your first
posting).  Whoever entered it at ITIS made the error.  Corresponding with
ITIS is not worthwhile.  My correspondence file with ITIS occupies two
standard envelope boxes.  Other than cephalopods, there are very few
mollusks in ITIS that are not in Turgeon et al. Other sources for molluscan
taxa have not been treated.

Sorry I can't supply the Swainson description for you.
