It is for sure a colour form (not so rare) of Natica hebraea  (Martyn 1784).

27mm. Said to come from Crete, E. mediterranean.
If it's true, this shell is a rare maculata/immaculata variant of a
banded hebraeus (cruentatus).
Never seen that before. Ideas ? Is it a Panamic snail ? Florida ? I
can't believe it's mediterranean.
