GOOOOD morning to all Conch-Lers,
 
This is a question to our Marginellidae specialists, specially to Bob Lipe.
 
I received some Marginellas from an Australian friend that are not matching
with what I find in Lipe's book and also in Barry Wilson's Australian Marine
Shells.
 
I'd like to know the main differences between Marginella ventricosa x M.
tricincta, and if possible to receive (or to know where to find) good
pictures that help me to identify them. The first was trawled on mud in
Phuket, Thailand. It has light gray color, a very small spire and four
teeth.
 
The second was trawled at 20 fthms in Taiwan. It is also light gray, almost
no spire and five teeth.
 
I'd also like to know where I can find pictures and more details about M.
occidua.
 
If necessary I can provide pictures of them.
