Dear James:

The Papuina pulcherrima, as with protected species everywhere, are (from
a definition at dictionary.com:

priceless \Price"less\, a. 1. Too valuable to admit of being appraised;
of inestimable worth; invaluable.

        2. Of no value; worthless. [R.] --J. Barlow.

Since you can't buy them,they are both of those definitions, but if you
must put a price on it, I think the fine for endangered spp. is
$20,000.00 fine and a year in jail. . . .
