Hello!

What are the exciting aspects of shell collecting? This is so we know what you
like and
we will bring it (the subject) up and talk about it.

Marine field trips? Snorkeling? Land shell field trips? Shell crafting? What is
the most beautiful shell?
In which family or genus? etc etc Please do let us know.

I get used to get overly excited about going Liguus collecting. I dont anymore
because it is illegal.
Love the Subtropical Hammocks, early morning, the smell of wild coffee etc etc. Is
this more like
what you mean by excitement. Used to love to find a gem specimen of a native
Liguus or to stumble
upon one of Archie's or Winte's plants deep within the Everglades.
