Hello fellow Conch-l'rs,

I'm planning a trip to the Florida Keys this summer and have heard that
parts of if not all of the Keys are restricted to shelling. I've looked
over the Sanctuary website but still was unsure if just the Sancturary
Preserve Areas (SPA's) are off limits, the entire Keys off limits, or if
there are areas either on the Gulf side or Atlantic that are alright to
shell. Any clarifications you can forward would be greatly appreciated.
