To All Conchers;
         The Long Island Shell Club is three weeks away from its annual
auction
and no one but club members have responded to our plea for donations.
         We use the funds from the auction to educate the general public about
shells. (conchology and malacology)
         This past year we have donated four displays to such places as the
Fire
Island Seashore Foundation. (they service over 3000 childred a year).
