Dear Friends,
While I was to Philippines I was able to observe
a large colony of Oliva sp.in coarse sand (not
coral sand but very small stones).
All the adult specimens show the left side of the
back very scratched. It's the first time I see the
usually very polished olives so damaged by the
substrate.
Did anyone make the same observation elsewhere ?
