'It' got me into a lot of trouble (actually a good sign) ---- so much so,
that I received -- threats ---  from various   'animals'   in the list ----
so much so, that it would have been much easier to 'quit the list' , as
'Herr N' has evidently threatened to do many times !! (perhaps the element
of 'crying wolf' ?) ------

My E-mail has since been  'hacked'  &  'dubious'  E-mails were then sent 'in
my name' to many ----
(not all 'Conch-lers', I might add)

These were of 'dubious & despicable' content (shades of McCarthyism'!!  &
WHO REALLY KILLED 'JFK'? ) -----

As a result, I have installed a 'Firewall' ----- &  have resorted to
'blocking senders' (to keep the 'animals & others', out of my
mailbox) ---------

IT is so sad to have had to resort to all of this ----  when all I wanted to
do was talk & read about seashells!!!

(Perhaps, shades of 'apres the Weimar Republic' !!!)

AND thence, I became 'The Idiot of Canada' !!!!

(I have close friends who were imprisioned by the 'nazi authorities' -----
(and as many 'N'  were,  I suspect quite human, (think on Mi Li for
example --- I also have friends who were there, but not there) I suspect,
there would have been many who were also perhaps conchologists.

Because I have dealt with many 'Europeans' after 'THE war' ---- & human
interests 'pique even the N's' !! ---- I suspect we  should employ a little
more  'mental bandwidth ?'  in dealing with all peoples) -------

BUT because they happened to be mayors (in even small towns) or R-Catholic
(heaven fobid)!! ---- they sufferred imprisionment under the 'N' -----

The Jesuits, (I have read many of the 'journal' translations & see nothing
dealing with the mundane shell) ---- basically, founded Canada (as it is
known to-day) ---- my Mother (a staunch WASP) is strongly
'pro-native-rights' (not a popular stance, in most countries these
days) ----

Apply this even to what humans have done (with severe consequences) to
conchological well-being!

Perhaps I have inherited my Mother's 'unpopular attitudes' !!!
