Linda,

I believe the name Xesta is a synonym of Nanina (for instance Xesta citrina
= Naninia citrina). Naninia is in the Family Ariophantidae.

Subject: What is the Family?

Hi, Conch-Lers!

Can someone tell me to what family the Naninia (synonym Xesta?) landsnails
belong? Abbott's Compendium of Landsnails has them afteer Ariophantidae,
but this family name is almost hidden at the bottom of the first Asperitas
species.

Thanks,
Linda
