My ideal customer would feel the same way you do, and take the time to let us
know!  Thanks for doing so.  Just one more thing - we need to find a suitable
substitute for "dealer".  It evokes images either of a shifty-handed hustler
at the blackjack table, or a tire-kicking used car salesman.  How about
purveyor of conchological treasures?
