Hmm-my set seems to skip that number, too, at a quick glance on the
shelf. However, based on bibliographic info, it might be tucked onto
the back of 17, as it seems to just be short addenda to several
others:

Clench, W. 1945. The genus Conus in the Western Atlantic. Johnsonia 1,
no. 18: 4.

———. 1945. The genus Ficus in the Western Atlantic. Johnsonia 1, no. 18: 1-3.

___ and R. T. Abbott. 1945. The genus Strombus in the Western Atlantic.
Johnsonia 1, no. 18: 1.
