Pages 57-58 were issued as the final part of No. 17 which is on Murex with
56 pages not counting the later page on the operculum.  Number 17 (pages
1-56) was issued on May 29, 1945; the final issue of Volume 1, which
consists of pages 57-58 and Number 18 (Review Number) was issued November
23, 1945.  See date at bottom of page 57.
