Further thought... I've had numerous specimens or p[arts thereof do
the rabbit trick, usually onto a floor covered with rock and shell
fragments... and so have spent lots of time on hands & knees with head
to said floor, searching. Quite often the missing item isn't found.
Sometimes I see it bounce and find it in the opposite direction to the
initial bounce!
