MS Mincho  This font has a massive symbol library.

If you don't have it - it may be well worth obtaining.

Hundreds of symbols of European and Asian use.
Math and all sorts.

used in the symbol tool - but the tool gives you the code.
Using that font, and that code - you get the symbol.
