Hi Listers,

Does anyone have insurance on their shell collections, perhaps through their homeowners or renters insurance policies?

I have recently inquired into this, and while I realize the policy itself would be a type of rider or very specialized insurance, I wanted to know if anyone did indeed have their collections covered. For most of us, this is a large financial investment and if something were to go wrong....well, you know the outcome so I am planning to get it somehow.

my insurance agent helped tremendously by giving me some avenues to go down, but so far no luck. Any advice, strategy, policy carriers or etc would be helpful.

Thanks!
