For the extinct brachiopods, the Treatise on Invertebrate Paleontology
is a good option.  I haven't found a good comprehensive source on the
cephalopods as of yet-certain subtaxa have good data available, but
others are rather dated, and there doesn't seem to be strong consensus
on how to rank higher taxa.
