I've usually used Tracey, S. A., Todd, J. A., and Erwin, D. H. 1993. Mollusca: Gastropoda. In: The Fossil Record
2, M. J. Benton, ed. Chapman and Hall, London, pp. 131–167. Is there a more recent or better reference?
