Two possibilities :

1- armonica could be a variant of harmonica, as armonia is a variant of
harmonia. Harmonicus-a-um means well proportioned...
2- armonica is a chimera built with armo (weapon) and nica (triumph)...

I vote for #1.

Nota bene that none of these possibilities is music-related.
