Is the shell extremely immature (bulla stage)? Or does it already have a
typical Cypraea aperture, but an immature pattern? If the latter is true,
then it must be near adult size, and the only Cypraea that small in the
Mediterranean is Cypraea (Palmadusta) gracilis. If it is bulla stage, then
of course other possibilities open up.
