Hi David,

if  the specimen has fine spiral ribs maybe a striatus  (that isn't yet from
Philippines). If it is from Philippines,  it could be a magus, a kinoshitai
or a striatellus, but isn't easy to give an opinion without seeing.
Can you send me a scan of the shell?
