A few years ago, I was raising several terrestrial gastropods. Two were
Mesodon thyroides, I forget what the third one was. I used egg shells
originally then switched to powdered limestone from my garden supplies.
One of the Mesodon lived for 5 years on the powdered limestone/iceburg
lettuce/spring greens diet. Both of the Mesodon were juveniles when I
acquired them and grew into adults.
