It is Conopleura striata, a deep water species known from Philippines
and Australia.

I think it's a turrid (but close to a cone)but the 'sections' on the
spiral
whorls are like nothing else I've ever seen.
It's from the Philippines, but I'm not sure now if I deep-netted it,
or
combed it off the reef by hand.
