Dear Conch-lers,
I came across a copy of this work for my research. It was hard to find and
have seen it on sale for rather hefty prices.
Therefore, I scanned it all and prepared a pdf.
Those interested in it can send an email to [log in to unmask]
They are two files: the text (23 MB) and the final chart (1.2 MB). If
anyone has any good idea for transferring such a large file (gmail will
support it , but maybe others won't) please let me know. If anyone has a
website to create a link, please contact me.
Best regards,
Paolo
