Dear All,
Today I just cleaned a cyp. tigris (took out the soft part) that has a
shape that resembles cyp. pantherina. But I know pantherina is not found in
this region of mine, i.e. Borneo. This tigris is elongated and it measures
71mm in length and 40mm in width (the widest). The height is 30.5mm. It has
a shape like Cyp. Friendii too. Is it rostrated ? When I put it lying on
the dorsum it does not turn over. It has a grayish blue dorsum with dense
black spots and without a dorsal line. Can anyone please give me an idea on
what type of tigris is this ?
Last week I received another cyp. tigris from The Solomon Islands. It is a
little cute tigris measuring 62mm. It has all the characteristics of tigris
but it's dorsum is orange with black spots. Is this tigris found easily
(common) ?

SIM of Borneo.
