This morning's local paper, which serves an area of about 300,000 and is
not known for cosmopolitan sagacity -- nor coverage of conchology --
devotes three inches to the fact that Manfred Parth, German researcher and
tennis fan, has named a snail after tennis great Boris Becker: Bufonaria
borisbeckeri.

...researchers in Bonn hope the idea will start a money-making trend...
