Hi James,
It looks like a typical Cypraea cicercula to me.  It has none of the markings
that distinguish C. bistrinotata, and the anterior teeth are too short for
that species.  The granulated dorsum (and other features) rule out C.
margarita, C. globulus and other closely related forms.  I see no reason not
to call it C. cicercula.
