Assuming you could dive deeply (up to say, 60 meters) into Bahamian
waters, what besides slit shells would you look for, and where? I have
found out that a lot of the "good stuff" is found at shallower depths,
but nobody seems to want to share the kind of info i am diligently
seeking for someone on Andros Is., who actually CAN dive that deeply (or
even to shallower waters, if that's where some of the best critters
really are!!), and is eager to look for molluscan "goodies", but would
like some guidance.

Your pesky, question-asking Northern Neighbour,
Ross.
