The primary reference for Molluscs in Hawaii is E. Alison Kay's Hawaiian
Marine Shells, 1979, Bishop Museum Press, Now out of print but copies
sometimes available from book sellers.  Only a few illustrations in
color.  All other species illustrations in black & white.  Still a good
reference for micro shells for most of the Pacific.

A smallm booklet Hawaiian Seashells, 1972 compiled by Steven Quirk &
Betsy Harrison (now Gagne) is in color and a handy field reference.
Recently reprinted by Robert Boom company, Box 4349, Honolulu, HI  96813

Hawaiian Nudibranchs by Hans Bertsch & Scott Johnson,1981, May be
available from Waikiki Aquarium in Honolulu.
